"Gerz" Construction Company proudly completed the construction project of the "Nizhny Orehanda" hotel, which included the renovation of Building No. 2 at the "Nizhny Orehanda" sanatorium to Deluxe class standards. The project transformed the facility into a luxurious hotel featuring a restaurant, fitness center, spa complex, and swimming pool, all adhering to the highest hospitality standards. With meticulous attention to detail, we adapted the design solutions provided by an international team of designers, ensuring an elegant and modern appearance for every space. The project involved the construction of 5 above-ground floors and 2 underground levels, optimizing the use of space and creating all the necessary conditions for guest comfort.
