From December 7 to 8, 2022, a meeting took place in Warsaw between the W&M team, including Alexander Schmidt, Ricardo Mendonca, and Jūrgen Klotzsche, and the Gerz team, consisting of Oleksandr Rotov, Oleg Kaseev, and Serhiy Chertkov. The parties discussed the possibility and terms of involving Gerz Construction Poland in the construction of wastewater treatment facilities in the Sindelfingen area, Baden-Württemberg, and reviewed the key contract points.
The German side emphasized the need for the contractor to meet several important qualification requirements for cooperation to begin, including obtaining additional documentation for "GERZ Construction Poland" in accordance with German legislation and starting the project within very tight deadlines.
Considering these requirements, it was decided to involve our company initially in a similar project, which will start in the second half of the following year. This time will allow the Gerz team to advance their German language skills and prepare for the specifics of working in the German construction market.
