Construction Corporation GERZ has successfully completed one of the stages of the project for the comprehensive overhaul and restoration of the administrative building of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption. We appreciate the trust and the opportunity to cooperate with such a responsible and strategically important customer, as the NAPC plays a key role in ensuring transparency and fighting corruption in Ukraine. For us, cooperation with this institution is not just a project, but also a reflection of our values - integrity, professionalism and responsibility to society.
The works were completed on time and covered a wide range of tasks, including major repairs, restoration and superstructure realisation. As a result of the work performed, the facility has been modernized to meet all technical and functional requirements to ensure the NACP's effective work. One of the key aspects of the project was the superstructure, which allowed for the expansion of the space and improved the functionality of the building.
The main stages of work included:
Reinforcing structures and updating utility networks;
Addition of additional premises to improve the comfort and efficiency of the building;
Implementation of energy-efficient solutions that meet modern standards of sustainable construction.
