On November 21, 2022, the Energy Efficiency Fund announced a new program, "RestoreHome." The aim of the program is to finance construction work to restore residential buildings damaged by the Russian Federation's military aggression against Ukraine. Gerz began implementing the first pilot phase in December and was among the first to sign contracts with four HOAs to submit applications to the Energy Efficiency Fund.
Contracts have been signed with the following HOAs:
- Irpin, 50 Tolstogo Street, HOA "Dzherylo 50"
- Irpin, 52-A Tolstogo Street, HOA "Dzherylo 52A"
- Irpin, 8-A Stepanivska Street, HOA "Stepanivske"
- Irpin, 10-A Stepanivska Street, HOA "Stepanivske"
